2 onions, sliced
4-5 pound pork roast
5-6 cloves
2 c. water
16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
1 large onion, chopped
Put half of onions in bottom of crock pot then add meat & other ingredients with remaining onion on top. Cover & cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low. Remove fat & bone from meat. Put meat back in crockpot. Add onion and barbecue sauce. Cover & cook additional 3-5 hours on high or 8-12 on low, stirring 2 or 3 times. Serve from crock pot on large buns. crock pot

8 boneless chicken breast halves
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
8 strips bacon
1 3oz. pkg. smoked dried beef
1. can mushroom soup, undiluted
Cover bottom of greased baking dish with dried beef. Wrap bacon around each chicken breast and place on dried beef. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 300 for 2 ½ hours. Sometimes I cover and cook for only 1 1/2 hours

2 16oz. cans diced tomatoes
canned kidney beans (as desired)
2 lb. browned ground beef
2 med. onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
1 green pepper
Put all ingredients in crock pot, cover & cook on Low 10-12 hours (High 5-6 hrs.) If no crockpot, cook in heavy pan on stove on low for 3 hrs. Get chili hot at higher temperature before turning to low.

1 lb. hamburger
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
Sauté meat & onions. Pour off fat. Add all ingredients & cook on medium for 10 minutes. Works well in microwave. 15 min.
